We will consider authorizing returns on a case by case basis.  In all cases the buyer must receive our written authorization and instructions prior to actually making a return shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In all situations the item must be returned in exactly the same condition as sold, and the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and refunds will be based on the outcome of that inspection. Shipping costs will not be refunded and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
