Wenzel store display sleeping bag.  Outer measurements are about 28" x 13".  Would fit a small dog or cat.  Would be a little big for an 18" doll, but Betsy Wetsy will be toasty warm!  One corner of bag is tacked down with thread.  Zoom in on photos for a good look.
