The discharger is a small electronics device that is used to connect to the hybrid battery packs inside the various hybrid vehicles to discharge the battery packs with a view to cycle the batteries. The idea is to recondition the battery packs by charging and discharging a number of times. So you will use this gadget to discharge the pack and then use a charger like a Grid Charger or a High Speed Charger or any other charger of your choice to charge up the battery pack.

The Discharger can be used while the battery is inside the vehicle or outside on a bench.
