How much warranty do I get on my part?

At Van Gils Automotive, you have a standard 6-month warranty on all your used parts. To claim the warranty, please contact our customer service department.

When will I receive my purchase?

Our parts are shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment. We always ship with a track and trace code, so you can easily track your order. The delivery time for European shipments is between 2 and 8 working days. Have you still not received your part after this period? Then please contact us.

Can I order outside Europe?

Is your country not listed among our shipping options? If so, please contact us via eBay.

How can I return my purchase?

As a buyer, you have the right to return the part within 14 days of receipt. The part must be returned in the same condition with all components, parts and attachments present and intact. After we have received the part back, you will be refunded the purchase price including the original shipping costs within 8 business days. 

How can I pay at Van Gils Automotive?

We only accept the payment methods supported by Ebay. After placing an order, we would like to receive payment within 5 business days, otherwise we are forced to cancel the order.
