Gemma by WP Diamonds warrants all of its watches and jewelry to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the mechanics and movement of watches. Jewelry that has been sized, engraved or modified in any way cannot be repaired or serviced under this warranty. This warranty does not cover accidents, theft, loss, mistreatment, improper use, physical abuse, wear and tear from normal use, or damage resulting from tampering with the product, water or moisture exposure, or other physical damage. Damage resulting from or that occurs due to having the item serviced or modified by a third party and voids this warranty. This warranty and the remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties (including any original manufacturer warranties, which are hereby expressly disclaimed), remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Gemma by WP Diamonds specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects. Gemma by WP Diamonds is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory.
