PAYMENT:

All items ship within one business day, your order will ship after successful credit card payment is accepted. Arizona residents must pay 8.6% sales tax.

SHIPPING

We ship promptly after payment has cleared. Free Shipping in the USA is sent USPS First Class Mail. Tracking will indicate if an item has been delivered to a buyer. With this in mind, for item(s) lost or damaged during transit, we cannot be held responsible.  

International Orders

All items are shipped USPS International First Class Mail. You may decide to pay an additional amount to ship Express Mail. I cannot be held responsible for delays in customs and cannot guarantee a time frame. Please understand that your country charges custom fees, not my company, therefore, please don't hold me responsible for taxes your government charges on purchases.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY:

Your jewelry will arrive polished. On old darkened items, please let me know if you want your purchase cleaned / polished before shipment. For maintenance, please do not wear your jewelry while washing as the chemicals in the soap and water will degrade natural stones and could possibly loosen settings.

Please contact me immediately if you are dissatisfied with your purchase before leaving negative feedback. We can always work out a solution.

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 14 days for money back. We don't reimburse for your cost to ship merchandise back. Items must be returned in new condition less the cost of shipping. Please package all returns carefully so they will not get damaged
