②Must connect to separate antenna. indoor or outdoor antenna.dont connect to home wall cable tv point. they are not compatible.

③The stock product has all been updated Korea software ，dont need Korean buyers updated by yourself . if you dont get EU plug gift in your parcel,Please contact us first time!

Q:Why can't my search for channels load to 100%?

A:You can go to 【Menu Search】and check the frequency you are searching for to see if there is a digital broadcast signal under that frequency. Then switch the frequency to search manually.
And check where your antenna is placed, placing it is no glass/walls/tall objects in the way.

Q:Why can I only receive a few channels?

A:The number of channels that can be received under each signal frequency point is different, you can change the signal frequency point and search again.
(Note: the number of channels available on a signal frequency point is also related to where you live, as there are slight differences between different areas in the same country) - for more details you can check page 14 of the manual, you can check on under

Q:How to troubleshoot product problems

A:The product cannot open after power belongs to the product quality.
Unable to search.check the type of antenna you are using and the environment you live do manual search or autom
