You are looking at the drive shaft from a 66 Pontiac Tempest with a 2 speed automatic. It is 60" from center of bearing cap to center of bearing cap. 61 7/16 from outside loop to outside loop and 65 5/8” total length including the yoke. Yoke fits ST300, PowerGlide, TH350 automatic or Saginaw or pre 70 Muncie M20 or M21 4 speed with 27 spline small output.. Drive shaft is correct length for the following cars per the Hollander Interchange:

64 to 66 Buick Special, Skylark & GS400 w/ AT Trans

64 to 67 Olds F85, Cutlass & 442 w/ Muncie 4 speed or Jetaway (2sp) AT

64 to 67 Pontiac Tempest, Lemans & GTO w/ Muncie 4 speed or 2SP AT

MEASURE YOUR NEEDS BEFOR BIDDING. The U-joints should be replaced due to age. No heavy pitting. Nice & straight. Hard to find.

Alot of people think getting the driveshaft is one of the first things you do in a build. It is actually one of the last things you do. I am currently rebuilding my 66 Biscayne with a 632 and a 5 speed. I am having a custom driveshaft made. Before I can establish my length, I need to have the car done, at full weight, sitting at my determined ride height with the weight of the car on all 4 wheels. Then set the pinion angle on my rear. Then measure my needs allowing 5/8" to 3/4" of yoke to stick out the back of the transmission. While I am not saying you must go through all this effort to determine you required length, I am saying make sure this is the length you need. I list the measurements in my description. I hope this is the correct length for you. Thank you for your interest, Dave.
