Vintage red Nylint tether midget car in unopened box in mint condition. Body, wheel and tires are real the engine is not. Nylint produced this car in in 1998 to duplicate real race and tether cars from the 1950's. They were not made as a toy rather to display, collect or install a real engine and race plus the car cost $100 in '98 and were made in a limited production with the number on the bottom.
This was one of the final and finest products Nylint ever made before they closed and have become very popular for collectors and racers. Also makes a great gift. Weighs 2+ pounds and 91/2 inches long.

Includes copies of original parts from the 50's and engine blow up schematic plus a disclaimer from Nylint for injury when installing real engines and racing. Also a colored sales brochure showing the different models in '.98.
