This is a J.Marcinkiewicz E12 Vizzutti trumpet mouthpiece. Part of the "Endorsee" series of mouthpieces, the E12 is silver-plated. This came from an estate with items from c.2000. Tarnished, but in otherwise excellent condition. Comes in a Yamaha branded leather case.
