If it is not marked as brand new, then it is a used item. Please expect any disc and/or case to have some signs of wear including scratches. Please do not expect the item to be in perfect condition unless it is marked as “Like New,” which I tend to avoid even if the item is in great condition. Unless it is stated otherwise above the top line in the description, the item has been tested and works perfectly.

Any included downloadable content codes are being sold as used unless it is explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping Cost applies to anywhere in the USA. My handling time is almost always a day or less. If an order is made after my cutoff time on Friday, the item will usually be shipped on Monday. eBay does not notify me when it “guarantees” a delivery time (like 4-day shipping, etc.). Because I do not know when these guarantees are made, please notify me before purchasing if you need an item by a specific date and I will advise you on whether standard services will make your deadline or upgraded shipping may be necessary (at extra cost). I will combine shipping on multiple purchases to help save on shipping cost.

International Buyers: I gladly sell worldwide, but ONLY through eBay’s global shipping program. It is too much of a liability and risk for me to ship outside of the U.S. without eBay’s help. If it is eligible to be shipped through eBay’s program to your country, then I will gladly use the program to send it. Otherwise, I will not want to do any foreign transactions outside of eBay’s global shipping program.
