This Starbucks mug from the Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is part of the Global City Icon Seriies. It is a 16oz mug.  There is a unusual marking on the handle.  It could be a manufacturing flaw as the cup hasn't been used. See pictures for details.  Message with questions.
