.I believe this is regular horse-size. From top of ring at cheekpiece over the poll to top of ring at the other cheekpiece is approx. 33.5". There is an additional 2" to make it smaller or an additional approx. 4" to make it larger. Nose piece not including the rings is approx. 12". Crownpiece is approx. 1/2" width & is patent leather.
I believe the lead is Biothane (very shiny like patent leather). It's very flexible & length tip to tip is approx. 82". Width is approx. 5 1/8". It can be used a couple of different ways through the cheek rings.
There is a very slight bend on the right cheekpiece which can easily be straightened out.
Has had VERY little use, no wear areas on the headstall or lead.
