Unique, light blue cocktail dress with lace overlay.  Built-in bra, optional straps, pockets, and zip back. Has an optional matching blue, flowing skirt that gives the dress the look of an empire waist.  Skirt has a split up the side. This dress was a store sample. Never worn.
