Here is a vintage Oscar the Grouch 1980's Tara Toy   Figurine this Sesame Street Muppet  featured Oscar in the can with a rangers hat and a stinky ole skunk..  I believe this is a second issue toy that was then reproduced by Applause   , this is in nice shape, we have a few others..
