This is a used item. It does have some marks, scuffs, scratches, and signs of wear and tear as to be expected with this type of item. The top does have quite a few scratches, which are only visible in a certain light (so hard to show in the photos) and would benefit from a good polish. The doors are a little tight when closing, and do have some chips around the edges as shown.

 We have tried to capture all of these in the photos as best as possible, so please study these as a good indication of cosmetic condition.

• Returns: In the event you wish to return an item for any reason, it must be returned in its original packaging or an equivalent packaging that ensures the item's protection during transit. Whenever possible, the item will be collected on a designated day, during regular business hours between 8 am and 6 pm, with the requirement for someone to be present at the location.
