Items are sold as-is, with only any applicable manufacturer warranty on the items, unless otherwise stated in the item description.

   Shipping

Our offices will typically process and ship orders within 2 business days of confirming processed payment on any listed items.
We only ship to the 48 Continental United States.  Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US protectorates & PO Boxes are not acceptable delivery destination points.
Our offices will not be become responsible for remediation if the delivery service causes damage to shipping boxes.
Boxes may show some wear and tear and may be re-used from other suppliers
Generally, all shipped items are packaged using premium products and will be received in good manner.
If an item is returned to our offices as stated to be undeliverable or if customer did not pickup item from USPS/Fedex/UPS, we will reimburse only up to the cost of the item minus full original shipping costs.
Additional shipping costs for attempted re-delivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

   Return Policy

Returns are generally not accepted, as the products offered are tested and confirmed as in the listings for individual items.
All items will be subject to this non-return policy, unless otherwise listed in the individual item(s) description. 
Only in a situation where the item(s) received vastly differentiate from the item(s) described will an alternate return policy apply.

It is recommended you test your product immediately upon receipt.  Buyers have 14 days to initiate returns. 
In order to initiate a return, contact us through a direct message to request a return authorization for you order. Please include your user ID and email used when you placed your order along with a short description of the reason for the return.
Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. For all returns, the customer must assume RMA shipping and handling costs back to our facility. 
We reserve the right to decide reimbursement rate for return shipping on a case by case basis with product . 
We will cover the costs of shipping an item back to you if an exchange is arranged.  No returns are to be sent without authorization and contact with our offices.
