The Color is very nice. No Fade or Flaws That I can see. The buttons are like new. 

The waist is elastic in back and flat in front

Blouse:

Nape of the neck in back to the hem 23 1/2"

Armpit to Armpit 21"

Sleeve Length 10"

Around the bottom of the Hem 45"

Skirt:

Waist UNstretched 27"

Top of the waistband to the Hem 39"

Around the Bottom of the Hem 72"

Vintage Sizes are different and its best to go by measurements and not by the vintage size or an estimated size
