There is a lot of fake, resealed and adulterated Pokemon product out there. I bought this box direct from the distributor almost 25 years ago when I had a store and it has not left my possession. I have been on eBay for over 25 years and have positive feedback on dozens of these boxes. I am not someone who just opened their account last week or who normally sells auto parts but who now has an unbelievably mint condition 25-year-old box that they are willing to sell cheap, or a consignment store that will list anything people send them, no questions asked. All of which I have seen.

I do not add thousands of dollars in shipping or post an IG account offering better prices in an effort to get the transaction away from the protections of eBay.

I do not buy boxes from other people because I do not know their history and provenance, I don't trust the risk of resealed boxes, and I do not want to compromise the integrity of my stock. I have what I have, I have had it for 25 years, and once it is gone it is gone.

Shipping to United States only. If bought before noon Monday-Friday I can usually get it out the same day.

Due to the value, this will be shipped USPS, Registered, Insured and will need to be signed for by the addressee. Because of the security of Registered Mail it can take more time to arrive than what is listed for regular mail. 

I care as much for your box as I do for my own. For protection, I pack the box in a waterproof Ziploc bag, bubble wrap and then in a "Junction Box ABS Plastic Dustproof Waterproof IP67" for enhanced crush and water protection (see sample picture). This, combined with the Registered Mail which keeps the package out of the flow of normal mail should ensure the box arriving in the same condition as pictured.

I know there is a lot of concern out there over fake Pokemon items. As a collector myself, I understand that. I will be glad to answer questions or send additional pictures. Please look at my feedback. I have been selling these boxes for years, dozens of sales, since long before they were so valuable, and I have never had a complaint or negative feedback.
