This listing is for 1 unit of the PC detailed below. These are rare micro PC model equipped with 65W CPU rather than typical 35W. Which means you are getting big desktop class performance with this, faster than some 10th Gen 35W equivalents in some respect with insanely high base clock and turbo speed. 

For comparison check the 'Processing Power' section  The PC is built to handle big processor with mesh casing and a secondary fan beneath the SSD caddy as well as copper cooling.

Powerful processor that will purge through school, college, office work or up to 4k multi media consumption, can even do light editing. As this is a 65W version which are used in desktop, this is much more powerful than other PC of same size equipped with 35W CPUs.

OPERATING SYSTEM

These machines come with fresh Windows 10 Pro pre installed. These are also NOT compatible with Windows 11 Pro but can be installed on request with latest driver updates. Also I make every effort to  put the latest Windows version installed but occasionally may not have the latest drivers installed. So do run the PC through a full update for best performance.

Device will have software that comes with Windows and may have Windows transfer software, just remove it if you wish.

Included memory is plenty good for basic day to day activities and multi tasking. Upgrade to dual channel 16GB for pro level multi tasking.

Before we dispatch, we turn the machine on, update software and check all ports to see if they are functional so you are guaranteed to receive a working device.

We do record the process on camera. If you however notice an issue that the test above cannot reveal, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue. We cannot guarantee a replacement, but we will offer full refund. Issues reported after 14 days will be considered as ?fault developed after?. As we do not provide guarantee we will not be able to compensate.

Some of these machines are still under Dell Warranty. Check the profile picture for details, if not mentioned, they probably are not in warranty.  

If they are: It means if you have any manufacturing faults develop after a period, it would be your responsibility to get in touch with Dell, as per current practice Dell will fix them for you, they do not ask for receipt of proof of ownership.

This is how it has always been and if that changes in the future, unfortunately as we are not actually charging for warranty, we will not cover. 

DELIVERY

I am obliged to dispatch the item by 3 BUSINESS days according to eBay  but in practice tend to do it the next day or day after if not the same day. If you are in  tremendous hurry I may be able to do the next day's delivery, but don't forget to ask before buying.

I do secure packaging so damage in transit is almost non-existent but since my deliveries are insured by Royal Mail,  if the items turn up damaged, take plenty of pictures showing the damage and tracking as well as save the packaging.

Pickup can be arranged from the London NW1 1TS area or SW3 6NP area please contact for location and time. Please respect my availability. Please note that you won't be able to test devices on pickup.
