From the famous "Nutcracker Suite," this arrangement captures all the textures, moods and rich harmonies of the orchestral original, and is a wonderful holiday recital piece for the late intermediate pianist. It is written in E minor and includes many swings in dynamics, a lot of staccato touch, accents, accidentals and a wide use of the keyboard.
