Rim is close to true, not perfect about a 7/10.   No major flat spots or dents.  No cracks in rim sidewalls.  Hub spins OK.  Bearings may need service.  Sidewall wear is minimal, as shown in photos.   Some spokes are seized up in Nipples.  May come dial in with some stand time.
