High quality genuine ancient Roman coin of Claudius II.
Nice details obverse and reverse with great definition with sandy patina preserved.

Claudius II AD 268-270, AE antoninianus, 19mm, Antioch mint.
- IMP C CLAVDIVS AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right
- VIRTVS AVG, Minerva standing right, holding spear and leaning on shield.
- No mintmark. Variant RIC V-1, 225.
We took utmost care to preserve it's patina during cleaning as they are part of the history.
We used a vintage Sterling silver setting to complement the dark brown/red sandy patina of the coin.
Pendant diameter is 20mm and coin is 19mm in diameter.
18" to 20" adjustable white synthetic chain included.
Excellent portrait and legend.
