-Grout has been sealed, which gives it an almost wet look. 

-Barn wood has been sealed

-Piece is water resistant, but not waterproof 

-Note that the original bar on the door sticks out quite a bit from the piece

-Heavy duty chain attached for hanging.

-Will need a nice, secure place for hanging...or it would look great on a mantle
