I no longer have the space for it, but it got me through a heatwave and the winter at my previous flat. You can fill the tank with water and can put ice packs in the tank to get the water colder. The oscillating function works, just makes a little sound when it reaches a certain point when it oscillates but otherwise, works like when I first got it -- bought new from Robert Dyas for £113.99.
