Incredibly rare, Vintage, unknown manufacturer of the Seahorse spout with like new Phylrich Dolphin handles and valves. I’ve only ever seen one other similar example and it sold for $2250. The set was missing one seahorse handle so I paired the Phylrich handles that I had on hand to get the faucet back in use again. The extra, single seahorse handle won’t come with it. Got damaged. Oops! Made in Portugal.
