Use the provided USB cable for a temporary connection to PC, (this will help your PC to recognize the printer), then follow instructions to setup wireless connection.

Please take into account that it is a Pre-owned printer, although it has been thoroughly tested and cleaned it may have slight wear from use, such as superficial scratches which do not affect operation of the printer.
