This battle pack has never been opened but due to where it was stored and how it was stored (in a box with other toys) the box has started to show signs of wear, its bent in places and the plastic packaging is starting to come away from the cardboard backing in places. Please refer to the pictures provided for more in depth condition specifics. This item would probably be better for people that want to use the figures rather than display them.
