If the address is wrong and your package comes back to me, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for it to be re-shipped. Items MUST be returned in the original condition as when sent!!! If you ordered a brand new Pandora item that came with the barcode baggie, it must be returned with the item or there will be a 50% deduction from the refund.

Essence charm refunds - due to high volume of these being returned because they don't fit a Pandora Moments bracelet, refund will be minus the shipping charges I incurred. It is clearly noted in the listing that the charm will not fit a Moments bracelet.
