- Terms of sale -

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the bulb type, Xenon, LED or standard before buying. We DO NOT guarantee the condition of bulbs when ordering lights. We DO NOT guarantee the condition of paint work on panels and bumpers and the item will be described as accurately as possible but the item may incur small marks when in storage however we endeavour to repair any marks visible to the naked eye.


We DO NOT guarantee the cleanliness of seats however a warranty will be issued for the condition and working order. 

Engines will be sent with no oil or fluids and we highly recommend the engine is serviced with new parts including cam belt kit. We DO NOT guarantee the sensors, EGR valve, clutch (if included)  or wiring of any engine sold.


All parts come with a 30 day warranty with the exception of engines and gear boxes which carry a 90 day warranty. ECU's carry no warranty due to the fragility of the part if fitted incorrectly can damage the unit. We highly recommend ECU's are fitted by a trained technician . 

No labour costs are included in the warranty.

- Shipping Terms -
All of our items will be shipped within 48 hours. We use DPD, TNT & Parcel Force depending on the item you have ordered. Tracking information can supplied if requested. Please note,  The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland 7 The Republic of Ireland will be liable for extra freight charges.

We do not offer shipping on certain large items and these will be set to collection only in the listing.



- Returns Policy -

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) to us in their original working condition within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original or similarly well secured packaging.


If you require a different item you will need to place a new order through my eBay and return the original item for a refund.

If you have ordered the wrong item then please return this item with paperwork that includes your eBay username, Email address and First name and also the part you require, alternatively contact me directly through eBay.


 - Return postage -

Charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or we sent the wrong part. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received: All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs, Accessories such as cords, remote controls, Certificates, manuals, warranty cards etc, Please include every item that you received in the packaging.


Please ensure item is adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit - refunds will not be issued due to damage caused by insufficient packaging.

For items damaged in transit, notification must be made through eBay within 24 hours and images supplied of packaging and part to enable claims to be processed.
Any deliveries which fail through no fault of the courier or seller will incur return charges.
Please note we are not penalising anyone for making a mistake or changing their mind, simply passing on the charges we incur.


This store currently does not currently offer International shipping. Please do not order under the expectation that it can be shipped abroad as this is not available. Shipping to the Scottish Highlands or Northern/Republic of Ireland will incur a delivery surcharge, Please contact me through eBay if you wish to get a shipping quote to these areas.

Faulty or incorrect items sent from within the U.K -

If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please complete your return form and return to the address above. Please note, we cannot accept returns that have been damaged due to incorrect fitment.


- Part of order is missing -

Sometimes mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please first check your dispatch note for any indication that the item is being dispatched separately. If the item is not included on the dispatch note, it will be arriving separately. If the item is listed but not present, please email mpvspares@btconnect.com or directly through eBay message quoting your order number and stating the missing item and we will investigate the matter ASAP.
