This Wireless Alert can be used in many different applications, examples would be:

Wireless Range:

The Wireless operating range between the PIR & two Receivers is 600 metres (line of sight), which equates to around 200 - 400 metres in most applications (more than enough for most applications) but can be more than doubled by adding a Signal Repeater if required.

Vertical & Horizontal PIR:

This unique DA600+ Vertical or Horizontal PIR can be used both Indoors and Outdoors as it is Fully Weatherproof.

Detection:

The PIR has a wide but narrow detection pattern which allows it to be used above (or to the side) of entrances, windows and doors whilst avoiding false alarms from movement nearby.

It is supplied with mounting brackets designed to make it easy to point the PIR across a Door or Window or straight down towards the Floor protecting Doors & Windows.

Sensitivity:

There are two sensitivity settings (easily changed by moving a dip-switch located in the battery compartment) on the PIR which allows the PIR to be set up to avoid False Alarms from ground animals and other passing traffic, these are:

• Low: 3 metre Detection.
• High: 5 metre Detection.

Battery Powered:

This PIR is powered by 3 x AA Batteries (supplied) allowing for use both Indoors or Outdoors (it is fully weatherproof).

Receivers:

The two Wireless Chime Receivers simply plug into standard 3-pin wall socket and both will chime whenever the PIR detects movement.

They have volume control (4 levels) and 35 different chimes to choose from, allowing you to have a different tune for different PIR's.

The Receivers can be used with up to 32 PIR's, you can also add additional Receivers (no limit) if you want an alert in multiple rooms.
