Condition:
Used condition, checked in and removed from a working equipment by an HVAC professional.
I removed the control board from the case so I could check to be sure there are no loose or damaged components or bad solder connections. You can see this in the photos and the condition of the circuitboard outside of the case.
After checking and taking photos, it was wrapped securely in static guard, and prepared for shipping

I pack securely….it’s been a long time since any packages were lost or damaged in shipping. But just in case - I do secure insurance through the Postal Service. If your package arrives with damage, it is fully covered. filing a claim is easy through the USPS website. If you need assistance, please feel free to write and I will help.

People trying to fix their own equipment, often misdiagnose the need for the part they purchase, they buy the wrong part, or they install it incorrectly.
That’s why my guarantee is different for Licensed HVAC Professionals than it is for others.
If you are a licensed HVAC professional, and you purchase this part with shipping to a legitimate (registered) HVAC business address, I guarantee it will work properly when it arrives. Any issues must be reported within seven days to give you time to install and check it.

Unless this is sold to a Licensed HVAC Professional and shipped to a legitimate, registered HVAC Business Address, it is sold “as-is.” if it fails to fix your issue for any reason, or you purchase the wrong part, it cannot be returned.
My policy is no different than most HVAC supply companies. Even when selling to professionals, most HVAC supply businesses will not accept returns of parts that have been opened or installed.
