Thirty very nice coins for your collection! Great for any collector. They have been demonetised, but are still historically significant in the highest, and some places in the UK might even still take them for this reason.

Factoid: under the old Carolingian currency reckoning system in use by the UK before 1971, a farthing was a quarter of a pence, or £1/960. One pound sterling was 240 pence; 12 pence made a shilling, and 20 shillings a pound. This system dates indirectly back to Roman times. Serious history.
