Large item's shipped by freight carriers are taken off the truck and delivered to your home curbside only. DRIVERS ONLY REMOVE FURNITURE OFF THE TRUCK you will have to be responsible for bringing it inside. 

Once your order arrives in your state the shippers will call you to arrange a date and time to deliver your item or items to your home.

If you wish for an inside delivery make sure you specify with us so we can make arrangements for white glove delivery at an extra charge this service may not be available to all locations.

PICK UP: Pick up is welcome for cash upon pick up.

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in good condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

If you receive significant damaged item, The Painted Cottage will assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Minor paint chips do not qualify as significant damage, touch up paint will be provided upon request.

Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it.

If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment.

In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it 

contact The Painted Cottage as soon as possible and send photos of the damage box.

Please notify The Painted Cottage of any damages on the product or packaging within upon the day of receipt.
