Up for sale is a antique 1850s 60s authentic and original J&J Meeks sofa and matching gentleman’s arm chair. This is a matching set it is done in the Stanton Hall pattern it is rosewood and heavily carved. This is a beautiful and stunning set! Done in a red burgundy upholstery the sofa has a tufted back everything is in good condition with no rips or tears. There is little wear on the arms of the sofa and chair but nothing major look at pictures. This antique Meeks matching set was made in New York City in the 1850s 60s. 100% authentic and original. The measurements for the sofa are 63 inches long and 46 inches tall and 30 inches deep. This is a beautiful and stunning Meeks Victorian Sofa and Chair. There are no casters on the sofa but there is casters on the arm chair. What you see is what you get! I just purchased a huge collection of antique furniture from a high end antique store in my town that was closing down.
