Retro booklet from Richards.  Manual shows how to install the cutter head and mandrel on the table saw.  

This was the for runner of the hand held router.  Booklet shows the different moldings you can make by changing the blades in the cutter head. 
Size is appx 8 1/4" by 11".  Has holes for insertion into a 3 ring binder.  Very neat retro collectable.  See photos.
