This Lego set is 100% complete including all the minifigures. It includes a printed reproduction of the instruction manual as the manual was on each door on the advent set but does not include the box.

Condition: This set has been well taken care of and mainly used for display. Was displayed in a Basement Man Cave away from the sunlight. The set has been fully taken apart and inventoried and has 100% of the pieces. The instructions are in great shape. Refer to the pictures for exact condition. Comes from a smoke free home.
