- Marvel Super Heroes in War of the Gems - heavy wear to both the front and back labels, the front label being largely torn off. There are some small marks on the cartridge and the circuit board. Some light scrapes.
- Bill Walsh College Football - light marks and tone differences in the cartridge's plates.
- Bulls vs Blazers - small marks and discoloration.
- College Slam - back label is damaged and there are small stains on the cartridge.
- John Madden Football - heavy wear on the back of the cartridge. There are many marks and the back label is destroyed.
