KM-4 Silver 5 Lire or Tallero 1891 slabbed and graded XF Details Cleaned by NGC. The slab is a little shopworn but the coin looks great. A very striking looking coin with the depiction of Umberto on the Obv. Has some hairline scratches from cleaning and hints of wear on the high points. Very excellent visible details on both sides.
