Every Item photographed is the same Item you will receive. You can trust that any Item you are bidding on or purchasing is the exact Item pictured.

3. Used items may/will have minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs or utensil marks. Any chips, cracks or more significant damage will be mentioned in the description.

4. No batteries are included in any item.

5. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have concerning any Item listed. We will find the answer if we don’t know.

6. There are some Items that we do not clean. For example, any vintage or antique collectibles as we do not want to damage the Items by possibly removing paint or decals.

RETURNS:

1. We generally DO NOT accept returns outside of eBay’s return requirements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Item you purchased please reach out to us before making a Return/Refund request.

SHIPPING:

1. We will gladly combine or discount shipping charges for the purchase of multiple Items at regular price.

2. Items will most likely be shipped in reused (but serviceable)boxes with reused packing material. We are just doing our part to “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle”.

3. All Items purchased with a value exceeding $100.00 will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING and will require a signature.

4. If an item is damaged during shipping please notify us within 24hrs of delivery and be prepared to provide photos of the damage in order to submit a claim with the shipping company. Please be aware that you may be required to submit any damage claims with the shipping company. Some shippers in some instances are requiring that you bring the damaged item as well as the packaging to them before a claim can be filed and you receive a refund.

5. Items damaged in shipping are to be handled as a shipping insurance claim and not a return request.
