Figurine appears to be folk art carved in wood and painted.  Man is wearing a blue 

jacket over a deep red shirt.  His stocking like hat is also deep red and he has 

brown unpainted pants.  He appears bow legged and is also leaning back slightly.  

He is standing on a base.  Stands 5 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches wide.  Nice detail.  

No chips, cracks or repairs.  Has a couple small areas where it appears paint may

be rubbed off or it could have been done like that.  Please see photos.  Displays

nicely.  No markings that I can find.
