The handle on this one was modified with a piece of a round metal leftover slug welded on it and ground some to create a larger striking area on the CCW (Loosening swing) side. See the last 2 photos with the red pointer.
Here is a used Blue-Point DX-164 striking wrench. This one is a 2" (51MM), 12 point. This is the straight handle type, no offset. No engravings on it, just normal hammer marks from usage and some yellow paint. Date code on it is 1958.
