Comes with both box, pouch, hood, both caps. 

Lens is very clean except a minor scratch ( off center) in the rear element. Front glass and inside is clear. no haze, dust or fungus.

Otherwise, it is in mint condition.

It does not up on the pictures that I took. 

Pictures are taken sharp and AF is fast IS works great. very sharp even at 1.4.

Selling all my canon gear as I now use Sony mirrorless.
