This boat is a perfect liveaboard.

2200 hours on dual Deteoit Diesel Motors. 1500rpm gets 8kts at roughly 4gph

Has westerbeke genset that needs to be replaced. I bought the boat with the current seized generator. I have two running westerbeke generators that come with sale of boat that you can use to replace existing Gen set.

Shower so big you can stand up in. 20 gallon hot water heater.

Comes with liveaboard moorage sublease at Shilshole Marina in Seattle. Slip is roughly 975 with taxes and fees. Cheapest rent in Seattle!

Boat currently moored in North Lake Washington. Can show it this weekend or anytime during the week after 6pm.

Please note the starboard aft window had a run in with a piling. You can see the cover in the photos. This repair cannot be seen from the inside. You can either replace the window or leave as is.
