Printed by Hall and Sellers featuring a black typeface design on the front and red & black ink in the back with emblems similar to Continental Currency. Printed on “CONFEDERATION” watermarked paper. Beautiful, bold and crisp uncirculated example well deserving of the PPQ designation from PCGS.
