My items come from friends, family and associates so I cannot say if they came from a pet free or smoke free homes prior to coming to me. I describe each item to the best of my ability however, please remember that these items are used so could have minor imperfections that I overlooked. If you receive an item that has a problem I overlooked,

Non Payment Policy


By offering to purchase you have agreed to a contract. If payment is not made within the specified time of 3 days, a reminder will be send. If there is still no response, an unpaid item dispute will be opened. If the dispute remains unresolved, you will receive a strike against your account and will be blocked from making any future purchases from my listings.


Shipping

Shipping is ONLY to Canadian and U.S. addresses. International shipping is not available at this time. Shipping is done within 3 business days of end of auction. (excluding weekends and holidays)

Combined Shipping

I happily combine shipping for multiple purchases. To receive combined shipping simply send me a message when you're done shopping. I will calculate the shipping charges and send you an invoice with the combined shipping charges. Please don't pay until you receive the invoice with the combined shipping charges.
If you pay before I send the invoice with combined shipping charges, I do not refund overages on shipping.

Combined shipping means I will package all of the items you purchased together and give you the cheapest shipping rate possible. Which can save you money a good amount of money.


Communication

I'm not always at my computer so if you have questions please send them a minimum of 48 hours before they end.

I do try my best to respond within 24 hours but am not always able to do so.

Refunds - Please read carefully

I provide refunds on items received within 14 days. It is my goal to describe each item, including any flaws, to the best of my ability and in so doing, allow you to purchase with confidence knowing that the item you are purchasing is "as described" so you can be happy with your purchase. Pictures are a big part of the description so please look carefully.
