This is a very easy to use futon and is a great addition to any room. 

The base is a solid wooden pine frame. 

The luxury mattress is made from a thick quality woven filling with a non removable, 100% cotton drill cover.  Mattress size 52" x 72"(132 x 183 cm)

The futon goes from a comfortable 2-3 seater sofa to a 4ft 4 double bed, and vice versa. 

It has had very little use and is in great condition.  

There is a very faint water mark on the mattress from a drink spillage (see photo)
