Most orders placed in opening time will be processed in next 24h or even the same day.

All our items have been checked and tested, so they have been out of the box for testing purposes.

Please note jute can have an off smell to them at first, an earthy smell for a few weeks after you open them. Many people describe it as the smell of burlap or rope. Which would make sense as they are made up of fibers often used to make burlap. This basket does smell like sea plants (sea sides very strong like for me so you need wait few weeks , so smell will pass or use baking soda to neutralise scent. We had many jute products in past and some of them smelled some not. So just please keep this in mind. 
Do not use water base refreshers on jute products.
