Vintage Old Man Mountain Rack Alloy Front Cargo Bikepacking Bike Gravel Pannier

Vintage Old Man Mountain bike rack.  I'm not sure if this is a front or rear, this was likely designed as a front.  Probably could be run as a shorter rear. Parts pictured are included.  A couple spots of wear/gouges.
