Vintage meerschaum pipe carved as a grapes branch in original case.

Unfortunately, the stem is missing, and the thread is slightly damaged. It is a vintage piece, so there are some imperfections  / marks / stains, etc.

The box has a small damage, too, and has a lot of scuffs.
